✨🌿 You are warmly invited to our Osho Neo Bardo Meditation Event 🌿✨

A deep, experiential journey into awareness, letting go, and the mystery of life and death — inspired by Osho’s vision of living and dying consciously. Rooted in the ancient understanding of bardo — the in-between state — this contemporary meditation approach is offered in a non-religious and experiential way, supporting participants to meet change, transition, and uncertainty with relaxation, clarity, and inner trust. 🌈

Osho Neo Bardo is not only about death — it is a meditation for life itself — for learning how to release fear, loosen attachments, and live each moment more fully and authentically. 🕊️

🕯️ According to the Bardo, the one who is leaving the body can be guided through this process step by step with gentle suggestions from a practitioner. Cognitive science has now confirmed the ancient wisdom that hearing remains long after the heart stops. While consciousness separates from the body, these suggestions can alleviate a dying person’s fears and help them remain aware.

📖 In The Path of the Mystic, Chapter 7 (first question), Osho describes Bardo as a beautiful process and offers four main key points to be suggested to a dying meditator, which are included in our Osho Neo Bardo event as a contemplative and meditative orientation:

✨ to let go of life without fighting

✨ to become aware of the phenomenon known as absolute awareness, or the clear light

✨ to consciously enter into another womb

✨ and to remember both the new birth and one’s last life

🌺 In addition, this event also draws inspiration from the classical Buddhist understanding of the Bardos and offers reflections on:

🪷 the Six Bardos — the bardo of life, the bardo of meditation, the bardo of sleeping and dreaming, the bardo of death, the bardo of after-death, and the bardo of rebirth

🪷 an introduction to the practice of Phowa (the transference of consciousness) according to the Longchen Nyingthig lineage

🪷 how the teachings on dying with awareness are regarded as some of the most profound and transformative teachings in the Buddhist tradition

🌟 These reflections are offered not as beliefs, but as meditative pointers — supporting a relaxed, alert and compassionate presence toward life, death, and all inner transitions, and helping participants touch a deeper trust in awareness itself.

🌙 During this event, we will move through a guided meditative process designed to cultivate relaxed alertness, inner silence, and a gentle openness toward the unknown. The experience is especially aligned with Osho’s emphasis on awareness, celebration, and freedom from dogma — offering a direct taste of presence rather than belief.

  • 🌿 Participants will be guided through:

  • 🧘‍♂️ a deep and gentle Osho Neo Bardo meditation process

  • 🍃 an experiential exploration of letting go in everyday life

  • 🌼 practices that support relaxed awareness and inner clarity

  • 🌙 a space of silence, reflection, and integration

  • 🤍 an opportunity to share insights in a supportive and conscious circle

  • 💛 This meditation can support you in:

  • 🌊 meeting fear, uncertainty, and change with greater ease

  • 🕊️ experiencing deep relaxation while remaining fully aware

  • 🌈 touching a sense of inner freedom and lightness

  • 🌞 reconnecting with the joy of simply being present

  • 🌱 cultivating a more conscious relationship with life, loss, and transition

✨ This gathering is open to both experienced meditators and newcomers — to Osho friends as well as to those who are simply curious about meditation, conscious living, and conscious dying. It is especially meaningful for those who feel called to explore inner freedom, for people supporting others through illness or major change, and for anyone who wishes to deepen their meditative sensitivity and compassion.

🌺 In the spirit of Osho’s vision, this event is not a ritual and not a belief system — it is an invitation to experience directly. You are encouraged to come as you are, wear comfortable clothes, and arrive a little early so the space can settle into silence before we begin.

🙏 As someone who regularly hosts meditation and retreat spaces, I warmly invite you to join us for this special Osho Neo Bardo evening — a gentle, courageous, and celebratory exploration of awareness, life, and the art of letting go. 🌟
